The owner of the online store wfishwild.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is WFISH OÜ (registry code 16414809), located at Posti tn 6, Viljandi, Viljandi County, 71004, Estonia.
1. Ordering Process

"Wfish OÜ is the data controller responsible for personal data. Wfish OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS."
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. All payments are made securely outside the Online Store via the relevant bank’s secure payment environment or Maksekeskus AS's secure environment for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the buyer's banking or credit card information.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Money-Back Guarantee
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the Online Store of their decision via email at [wfish@wfishwild.com].

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused, and in a saleable condition.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Return Process

The buyer must submit a withdrawal notice by emailing [wfish@wfishwild.com] within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Goods must be returned to Kadaka tee 4, 10621, Tallinn, OÜ Wfish within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will inspect the products to ensure they are in their original condition.
Money-Back Terms

Full Refund: If the product is returned within 14 days in its original, unused condition, the buyer is eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping fee (if applicable).

Partial Refund: If the product shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount based on the reduction in value.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method the buyer used for the original purchase.

If the buyer opts for a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, the Online Store is only obliged to refund the cost of the least expensive delivery method.
