Every package includes an invoice detailing the items purchased. This invoice is the only documentation provided within the package, ensuring a clean and straightforward experience for our customers.

Shipping Policies

1. Processing and Shipping Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The estimated processing and shipping times are provided on each product page, giving you a clear idea of when to expect your order. Our team works year-round to ensure timely delivery, and any delays will be communicated directly to the customer.

2. Return Address and Labeling

Each package is labeled with the correct return address to facilitate easy returns if necessary. We ensure that all shipping labels are clear and accurate to avoid any confusion.

3. Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (Estonia to Estonia): Our domestic shipping rates are competitive are:

  • Estonia 1-3 days €5.00 over 69 euros.- free

International Shipping (Including Estonia): Shipping to Estonia and other international destinations is available at a maximum rate of euros 10 per shipment, plus up to euros 1.50 per additional item. We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

4. Shipping Cost Exemptions

Certain items, due to their size or weight, may have different shipping rates. These exceptions are noted on the product page, and we provide transparent pricing to avoid surprises.

5. Tracking Information

We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress from our facility to your doorstep. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return Policies

1. Return Timeframe

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are not completely satisfied. We process returns promptly, typically within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these criteria before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the return is due to customer preference rather than a fault with the product. This fee is clearly communicated at the time of the return request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
