Warranty
Yes. Most products are covered by the right to submit a claim according to applicable laws. However, the right to submit a claim does not apply to live bait (worms, maggots) or consumable materials (silicone lures, bait).
If a defect is discovered in the purchased product, you have the right to first contact the trader with a complaint. If you have used the product normally and maintained it properly but a defect appears, you have the right to submit a complaint to the trader within two years from the date of purchase if you believe it to be a manufacturing defect or another issue for which the trader is responsible.
It is important to consider that normal wear and tear or use-related issues are not considered defects.
To file a complaint, you must present the trader with the purchase receipt, contract, or another document proving the purchase. Submit your complaint to the trader as soon as possible, but no later than two months after discovering the defect.
You may submit the complaint in free form, but be sure to include your name and contact information, the date of the complaint, the defect in the product or service, and your preferred resolution.
In the case of a defective product, you have the right to first request that the trader repair the item free of charge or replace it with a new one. The most suitable option should be agreed upon with the trader, but generally, the most reasonable and justified method of resolving the defect should be chosen.
